Dan kan een wijzigingsplan de oplossing zijn.<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>Is uw plan in strijd met de ruimtelijke regels? Er is een mogelijkheid om daar van af te wijken met behulp van diverse instrumenten en bijbehorende procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Mogelijk is bij het opstellen van het bestemmingsplan waar uw plan betrekking op heeft al voorzien in mogelijke wijzigingen welke binnen voorwaarden ruimte bieden voor binnenplanse afwijkingen, dit is de eerste optie. <span>Wanneer er niet binnenplans kan worden afgeweken, dan bestaat ten tweede de mogelijkheid om buitenplans af te wijken van het bestemmingsplan. Dit kan met een zogenaamde \u201ckruimelafwijking\u201d voor kleinere afwijkingen, of door een projectafwijkingsbesluit voor meer ingrijpende afwijkingen. <\/span><span>Wanneer afwijken niet mogelijk is dan is er nog een derde mogelijkheid; het wijzigen van het bestemmingsplan voor uw planlocatie door gebruik te maken van de wijzigingsbevoegdheden die zich binnen het plan bevinden. Tenslotte is er nog de mogelijkheid <\/span><span>om het bestemmingsplan deels te herzien. Dit betekent dat de regels van het plangebied \u201cop maat\u201d worden aangepast, zodat uw plan toch doorgang kan vinden volgens wens. Dit is uiteraard alleen mogelijk met goedkeuring van de wetgevende overheid. <\/span><span>De herziening van een bestemmingsplan is de meest uitgebreide procedure, maar kent daarentegen ook de meeste flexibiliteit als oplossing.
