De Rood voor Rood regeling.<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>In Overijssel en Gelderland maken veel gemeenten gebruik van de Ruimte voor Ruimte, ofwel Rood voor Rood-regeling. Deze regeling biedt de mogelijkheid om een bouwkavel voor woningbouw toe te wijzen wanneer er minimaal 850m2 aan agrarische bedrijfsbebouwing wordt gesloopt. Dit kan op uw eigen slooplocatie zijn, maar is sommige gevallen ook elders binnen de gemeente en gaat uit van een kwaliteitsimpuls op het gebied van ruimtelijke kwaliteit. Daarbij wordt met de opbrengst van de bouwkavel de sloop van de schuren en de landschappelijke inrichting betaald.\u00a0 Met deze regeling mag een woning bouwen in het buitengebied waar dat normaal gesproken niet mogelijk is.
